How a Dual Pivot, High Dump, Hook-all Hooklift works

The unit operates in 2 different modes, "dump" mode and "load & unload" mode. The unit is switched between the two modes by locking and unlocking the two hooklift hoists frames.

When the jib arm is retracted toward the rear of the truck, the two main frames are unlocked. The frames are now free to pivot allowing the hook to move back and attach to the container. After the body is pulled onto the truck, the jib arm moves back to behind the truck cab and the frames are locked together again. Once locked, the unit is in dump mode allowing the body to be raised high to dump.
